Where are your properties located?

Currently, all of our rental properties are located in Agawam, Massachusetts at Regency Park. These are nice one and two bedroom condominiums with an Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, a Playground, Laundry Facilities, a Library, and Community Functions.

2. If I am interested in renting, what should I do?

If you would like to get more information about renting, you should call us at (413) 237-7343. All prospective tenants are required to complete a Rental Application and Credit Authorization Form. Once these documents have been completed and we have received your non-refundable $25.00 Application Fee, we will begin to process the Application.

3. If I own a property and would like to rent it, can you help me?

Dakota Management Services offers Leasing and Management Services. We can either help you locate and screen a tenant for a self-managed unit, or we can also provide assistance with property management. We offer a range of services to fit your exact needs.

We charge a non-refundable application fee to help cover the costs of processing an application. These costs include, but are not limited to credit checks and reference verification.
